Processing methods
The processing of data will be carried out mainly with the aid of IT and electronic tools, but also manually. The data may in fact be stored both in electronic archives and in paper archives, in any case for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Optional nature of data provision and consequences of refusal
Except as provided for Navigation Data [and, where applicable, for cookies/web beacons], the provision of data is in any case optional. Any refusal on your part will therefore only result in Nexoil s.r.l. being unable to provide you with the requested information.
Duration of processing
The processing will last no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data was provided, in accordance with Article 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. However, if the data subject believes, for any reason, that the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled, they must notify Nexoil s.r.l. in writing, which, if this is in accordance with the law, will proceed with the immediate deletion of the information.
Rights of the Data Subject
We also inform you that Article 7 of the Privacy Code grants the data subject the exercise of specific rights.
In particular, the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, even if not yet recorded, and to have such data made available in an intelligible form.
The data subject also has the right to know the origin of the data, the methods and purposes of processing, as well as the logic applied in case of processing carried out by electronic means, the details of the Data Controller and processors, and finally the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as processors or persons in charge of processing.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The aforementioned law provides for a series of obligations for those who carry out "Processing" of personal data. Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of data relating to subjects (so-called "data subjects").
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The processing of your personal data, particularly your personal and tax information, which we possess or which will be requested from you or communicated to us by you or by third parties, is carried out and will be carried out for accounting, administrative, tax, contractual, commercial, statistical, and marketing purposes.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
