Mini Hydraulic Power Packs
Nexoil designs and manufactures its own Hydraulic Power Packs to be used in all those applications where hydraulic actuators (cylinders, motors, brakes, etc.) need to be operated by compact power units.
The modularity of NEXOIL Power Packs allows any application scheme to be created quickly and with few components.
The possibility to purchase, in addition to the complete unit, also individual components allows for a streamlined inventory for resellers, while at the same time promoting greater versatility.
For the OEM sector, customized solutions are developed to best meet every application requirement.
Main features:
AC electric motors with power ratings between 0.18 KW and 5.5 KW
DC electric motors with power ratings between 0.5 KW and 3 KW
Maximum pressure 300 bar
Gear pumps with displacements from 0.9 to 9.8 cc/rev
Flow rates up to 25 l/min
Possibility to mount double pumps
Plastic or metal tanks with volumes between 1.5 and 40 liters
Central body in aluminum alloy with up to 8 internal cavities
Possibility to mount modular plates with CETOP or cartridge valves
Wide range of pressure, flow, and direction control valves, manually or electrically operated
Possibility of mounting an emergency hand pump integrated into the central body.
